wat we did on 10/23/06

Today in biology class we started off the day by mr. wallace giving the people with a D or F take home a sheet that shows our current grade. You have to get this sheet signed to indicate that your parents have seen it.
Next, we got a worksheet that had a bunch of different questions about Mom, Dad and yourself. We had to fill out the trait that best described us, then your were supposed to bring it home and have your parents fill out their traits and compare them.
Finally, we all got into our "learning" groups and completed the worksheet that was assighned to us in class.

9/18/06in classI am not quite sure if this is the right place to post this comment. But in class we got into our groups and discussed questions that were on the overhead and they were about what do you think the world would be like if there were no mammals? and If the suns uv-rays shown green how would our world be different. We also started working on reading in our texted books Pg.111-120 and we had to write down any questions that we may of had and including the page number that your question that you had was on. If we didn't finish that it was assigned for homework and it is due on Wed. That it what we did in Biology class on Sep 18, 2006.

Biology September 11, 2006Today as we remembered those in the 9/11 attacks, we were in biology and learned about many things. The first thing we did was finish our cell notes that Mr. Wallace did on powerpoint. Then we answered questions about this blog site and questions about reading page 60-83. Then we did partner activities by writing down questions about cells and organelles, then answered them. That is what we did on September 11, 2006 in Biology class.

Welcome to the first of many positngs for Biology Period 5. It will be my hope that this site will become one of your favorites to go to and communicate with each other as well as me. For your first assignment, go to http/:www. crc4mse.org/ILS/Index.html and click on the take the test button. After you have scored your test I would like you to determine which two categories (Out of four) you have the most points in and write these down to bring to class on Monday. Also for your homework do not forget to print off this weeks lab from one of the science teacher's websites (since I still do not have my site up and running). Hope you enjoy your weekend.
